Our pregnancy yoga classes provide you with a warm and friendly, nurturing environment, for you to experience the joy of yoga at this special time in your life. Whether you are a new to yoga or have years of practise, our classes are an opportunity for you to carry out much needed gentle exercise as your body transitions through the different stages of pregnancy.

Please note: Classes are suitable for all women, regardless of fitness level but we do recommend you commence the pregnancy yoga classes once you reach the 12 week mark in your pregnancy. All equipment provided.

Wednesday Trefnant Village Hall, Nr Denbigh 12.30pm – 1.30pm

Our post natal yoga classes are here to help you get back to feeling healthy, vital and strong again. We know that a few simple postures, combined with breathing and relaxation exercises carried out in a friendly, safe environment can aid your post natal recovery.  In a gentle, restorative way we will offer ways to help strengthen and tone your body. By the end of the class you will feel more physically energised and emotionally balanced.

The classes also provide the perfect opportunity for you to form a deeper bond with your baby as you interact with them through singing and the sharing of fun, gentle exercises.

Benefits of Post Natal yoga:

  • Strengthens the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles
  • Releases tension in neck and shoulders
  • Helps to improve posture
  • Decreases overall stress and promotes relaxation
  • Rejuvenates the mind and can alleviate post partum depression
  • Increases energy levels
  • Creates a safe environment to bond with your baby
  • Provides and opportunity to form friendship with other mothers

Please note:

We recommend that you get the all clear from your Doctor or Midwife before commencing post natal yoga classes.

The classes are suitable for women about 4 to 6 weeks post partum and up until about 6 months or when your baby starts to crawl.
