At The Zest Life we offer Yoga Parties and School Holiday Gatherings for children aimed from the ages 3-7.

In our eyes children are yoga. Their ability to see joy in everything, their endless, boundless energy and enthusiasm, their supple bodies, it is what we as adults are always trying to get back to in our own practise. So in a way, we believe that we don’t really have to teach children yoga. We just have to provide a happy, safe space that encourages them to be themselves, moving in their bodies, feeling happy and free.

What’s involved:

• Each session is two hours of fun filled adventure.
• We carry out fun warm up exercises to start; chasing bubbles, breathing like bumble bees, making a yoga train!
• We then go on our yoga adventure story where we meet various creatures and animals along the way, that we interactive with through our yoga postures.
• Followed by a calming relaxation and creative visualization.
• After our adventure, we then play loads of fun, party games, that all have a yogic thread running through them.
• Each child will leave with a spring in their step.
• You get to have a stress free children’s party.

All you need to do is:

• Pick a theme for your child’s party/gathering to suit their own interests. Princess wonderland, Under the sea, Flower Fairies, Cowboys etc
• Provide a space for us to play in, living room, garden or hire a village hall.
• Provide some tasty treats for the hungry yogis post party.

Price: £120/ two hour session. 12 children max.
