Personally, doing yoga with my little ones has become one of my favourite ways to connect, move together, and enjoy some much-needed calm amidst the chaos✌🏽.

While we don’t currently offer Family Yoga Retreats at Zest Life, it’s definitely something we’re open to exploring. I love the idea of the whole family enjoying our offerings and reaping the benefits together🙏🏽.
