october 11th | ashtanga yoga| Laura Bell | Half Day | Denbigh

Join us for this mornings workshop where we will be flowing through the primary series of the ashtanga system. Looking specifically at the importance of vinyas, drishti, bandha and breath in our practise. We will be stopping at some points to focus on the more challengin postures, but on the whole it will be continuous flow of linking the postures to the breath, sun salutaions, standing postures, seated postures, inversions and then a well earnt relaxation. This workshop is suitable for all, so whether you have a strong practise of just beginning please come and play!
