Here at ZestLife often have an all female guest list and we find that on those retreats the atmosphere is very different. There is something quite special when a group of like minded ladies, of all ages and nationalities come together, sharing space, time, food, laughter, walks, stories and most importantly wisdom.

Therefore, we have decided to designate one retreat per season to be WOMENS ONLY. They will be hosted and led by an all female team. Beautiful safe spaces will be created for all to enjoy for the duration of each retreat.
