Our cancellations policy
If you cancel 1-28 days before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.
If you cancel 28-42 days before the retreat you will be charged 50% of the retreat price.
If you cancel 43 or more days before the retreat you will be charged the £100 non refundable deposit of the retreat price.
All deposits are non refundable or transferable. All bookings are non refundable or transferable. By completing our booking form and paying your deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Circumstances beyond our control
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday caused by bad or unusual weather, illness or injury, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. You will not be entitled to a refund or be able to transfer to another retreat.
Terms in times of COVID
During this difficult time with the COVID pandemic we are making amends to our terms and conditions. If you make a booking with us and for reasons out of our control we have to cancel it, we will do our best to reschedule the retreat to another date. We will ask you if you can join us on the new date and if that is not a suitable date for you, we will open up all of our retreat dates to you, this and next year, for you to take part in.
Deposits are still required to hold you space, they will not be refundable but they will be transferrable. Full payment of the retreat will only be asked for one we know a retreat is defiantly going ahead.
Please feel reassured that if you book with us, you will not be let down. You will get your luxury retreat with us.

We STRONGLY recommend that YOU take out insurance to cover your costs in the event that you have to cancel or curtail your retreat and are not due a refund in terms of the above policy.
