Our cancellations policy

If you cancel 1- 60 days before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.

If you cancel 61 or more days before the retreat you will be charged the non refundable deposit 20% of the retreat price

All deposits are non refundable or transferable. All bookings are non refundable or transferable. By completing our booking form and paying your deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Booking alterations

Any alterations to your booking will incur a £25 admin fee.

Circumstances beyond our control

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday caused by bad or unusual weather, illness or injury, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. You will not be entitled to a refund or be able to transfer to another retreat.
